Palestinian Environmental Friends Association (PEF) implemented “Let us spread the spirit of giving during the holy month of Ramadan from small farmers to the vulnerable families” project targeting the Rafah governorate. through generous support from Al Taawon. The project revolved around distributing Ramadan food parcels with the aim of enhancing secure and equitable access to dignified livelihoods and ensuring food security for needy families and small-scale farmers. A total of 5 food baskets for each family, loaded with a diverse range of essential food items, were provided, benefiting 280 families facing challenging economic circumstances. This project embodies the collaborative efforts of farmers and consumers, contributing to economic integration and supporting local sustainability. It reflects the commitment of PEF to continue charitable and humanitarian work in serving the community and improving the living conditions of vulnerable groups.
