In the spirit of brotherhood and the spirit of one family members of the General Assembly of Friends of the Palestinian Environment met under the roof of this institution to give confidence to the new Council in a positive atmosphere and full of optimism and love.

The electoral process was carried out after the quorum of 28 out of 35 members of the General Assembly.

The elections were supervised by a committee composed of: Mr. Mahmoud Youssef – Advisor to the Municipality of Rafah and a. Hamada Madi and Mr. Yousef Al-Ghouti as the representative and observer of the Ministry of Interior.

The Sixth Session of 2016, 2017 and 2018 has been nominated according to the law and rules of procedure of the Assembly. Seven members were elected by acclamation: A. Samir Afifi and Eng. Atef Jaber and a. Amal Khalidi and a. Kamal Al-Nahhal and d. Abdul Hamid Dhahir and M. Fred Shaaban and A. Nima Abu Naqira
